The healthy fats can go rancid it the roasting process. This one is usually my least favorite nut too, but after the pink Himalayan sea salt soak, the walnuts are sooo much more flavorful, and have now become my 2nd favorite nut, next to macadamia nuts.? Hi I prefer to soak a few everyday. Can I soak them and then dry it in a microwave and eat it immediately. Using a dehydrator is your best option. Is it safe to eat them without dehydrating them?
